Palmer's penstemon in visible light and ultraviolet, notice how the waxy coating reflects the uv so well. No clue what's going on with the colors in the uv photo, in theory it should all be greyscale

My friend in Spokane is having some success growing the botanical holy grail: blue poppies from the genus Meconopsis. They are so stunning in person. He even has a double-flowered blossom on one of them! 🌱
