Not that anyone will learn a single thing from this, but let it serve as yet another example of the futility of trying to appease right-wing extremists. No matter how much you try to meet them halfway, they will still paint you as insufficiently servile to their ideology.

The fact that they have intolerance set to warn, but rudeness set to hide just shows you their priorities. They would rather you see people say bad things about trans people than bad things to transphobes.
Wondering why no one likes your posts anymore, even among your friends? It's because @jay.bsky.team and team have decided to hide a huge amount of content from all of our feeds by default.
Here's how to turn it off.

Israeli strikes in Gaza kill at least 60 overnight as ceasefire looks increasingly fragile
Netanyahu ordered strikes on Tuesday evening after firefight between Israeli troops and Palestinian militants
Israeli airstrikes on Gaza overnight killed at least 60 Palestinians, including 22 children, in what appeared to be the gravest challenge yet to the increasingly fragile US-brokered ceasefire and one of the deadliest days since the truce began.
The strikes, which according to Gaza’s civil defence agency killed many children and injured 200 people, took place hours after the US president, Donald Trump, said “nothing” would jeopardise the ceasefire agreement he helped broker. Continue reading...

I’m saying it again: make second home ownership of any kind illegal
So the get out of this is: buy your own home. If you can "get on the property ladder" you can bypass the system. But this just transfers your payments from rent to mortgage interest, which is high because private rent is so lucrative for landlords that the cost of your dwelling is inflated.
It is! It is *fucked*! Everyone's wages are immediately sucked up by a parasitic class of landlords. It's drawing money out of the real economy and accelerating severe anti-growth trends! And nobody is fucking doing anything about it!!!

But startlingly, doesn't rule out 4 degrees either, and I'm not sure we really understand just how catastrophic that will be.
