Perhaps journalists can start putting questions to Micheál about how many children a state has to murder to actually warrant action from him.
We know that 20,000 isn't enough for the fucking ghoul (which we can safely assume is already an obscene underestimation of the actual figure).
Yes, Micheál Martin "Sport can be challenging when it crosses into the realm of politics" which is exactly why the Israeli state's sportswashing of apartheid and genocide has to be tackled head on.
Israel must be expelled from UEFA and the FAI must boycott these Nations League fixtures. #BanIsrael

Just for the record, we have a moral obligation to boycott this match. You don't get to murder 50000+ people and stay part of civilized society. "Football isn't about politics" bullshit. Everything is about politics now. The front line is everywhere and everything.
I would question why anyone who is against genocide would willingly put on an Israel jersey and want to play for Israel. I have to assume that the Israeli players are supportive of the genocide their country is perpetuating- bc noone against it would agree to represent the country. So MM's argument

SCA friends did some of the props for the movie The Thirteenth Warrior (filmed in British Columbia). A bunch of us did a viewing when the movie came out on DVD so we could pause to zoom in on "Gerhard's stirrup" & other props they'd made.

We saw this with the frothing GC reaction the Elliot Page. He didn't come out as trans until he was in his 30s and the transphobic weirdos and all their sock accounts started crying, screaming, throwing up.
The stealth transphobic rhetoric simultaneously argues;

1. That younger people must wait to know they are sure
2. That older people have waited too long to transition and be socially accepted.

The end game is the elimination of trans people.
Alternatively, if you come out as a child with the support of your parents, you are able to experience this adjustment within a context of loving support. Plus your appearance is pretty easy to adjust, bc young people look more alike.

Sorry no, we are human beings, people here deserve to have a decent quality of life - a minimum standard of that would mean that the government tackles terrorist organisations suffocating their own communities.

The only good thing about the wild proscription (and active enforcement of that prescription) of Palestine Action has been to show in neon brightness, the hypocrisy of the British Government when it comes to ensuring police tackle armed and actively recruiting, proscribed terrorist orgs here

Massive congratulations to @unitetheunion.bsky.social members in their fight for fair pay. Their strike in December shut down the plant and secured this significant win on pay.

Yvette Cooper: resign
A court has ruled that the government's authoritarian ban on Palestine Action was unlawful.

Time to stop criminalising the people protesting a genocide - and start ending the UK's complicity.
