The solution to websites not allowing you have an apostrophe in your name? Seemingly an Apple issue
Ridiculous that you have to do it, but try this. Go to Settings > General > Keyboard and turn off Smart Punctuation. Apple replaces normal apostrophes with curly ones. That said, it's something the developers of the form can and have should sorted.

Exactly this. Which is not the fault of drivers, but is 100% the fault of Dublin City Council’s roads department and the culture that *still* (despite slow improvements which I acknowledge) prioritises motor traffic above and beyond everyone and everything else
Car drivers seldom need to spend the evening before an appointment on the other side of the city researching the least murderous route on several apps and checking junctions on StreetView.

Cycling south to north on Westland Row at any time, but especially around rush hour, is *so* dangerous that I’ve had to find a completely different route. When Dublin car drivers have to do things like that, I’ll let them talk shit about cyclists, but not before then
