The fact that literally zero outlets ever cover crime decline as a story is a huge reason. (And before you yell at me, we do!)
This @today.yougov.com poll is why I'm going to become the Joker.

The US murder rate in 2024 was likely down nearly 30 percent relative to 2020 and down nearly 50 percent relative to 1990.

The "I'm okay with public transportation" DOT Secretary continues his campaign to denigrate the nation's transit systems, which are apparently insane asylyms.

[Transit systems in the US are typically safer than cities on average & they're certainly safer than the highway system.]
Duffy: "If you're liberal, they want you to take public transportation ... the problem is that it's dirty. You have criminals. It's homeless shelters. It's insane asylums. It's a work ground for the criminal element of the city to prey upon the good people."

Andry Romero, a young gay man, was given an asylum appointment by the U.S. Government. When he showed up to the appointment we kidnapped him and sent him to a foreign prison.

I asked Secretary Noem to check if he’s alive. Her response was shameful.

Instead of senior care being in an institutionalized, hospital-like setting, what if we created far more walkable and outdoor spaces that were monitored and gave our elders dignity? I don’t believe that seniors should live in a hospital-like setting just because they can’t drive and/or need help.

When I’ve asked CDOT why they are hesitant to do quick build, they’ve said that the installations get destroyed within a few years and it creates more work for them to come back and fill it in later.

Here is a simple solution to that problem

The Commerce Secretary is promoting a company’s stock on live TV, and not just any company’s - the company owned by a ‘special government employee’ and the president’s biggest donor.

The corruption is the point.
On Jesse Watters’ show, Howard Lutnick, the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, tells viewers they should buy Tesla stock.

“I think if you want to learn something on this show tonight, buy Tesla. It’s unbelievable that this guy’s stock is this cheap. It’ll never be this cheap again.”
