ICE Cincinnati Field Office Director Samuel Saxon, 47, and his partner moved to Cincinnati about a year and a half ago. Since that time, Cincinnati Police had been called to the two places they've lived 23 times.
Samuel Saxon, 47, the Assistant Field Office Director of ICE ERO in Cincinnati, was charged in Dec 2025 with strangulation and domestic violence. His partner also suffered a broken pelvis and broken nose.
What's left out of most stories is that she was 18 years old when they started dating in 2018.

I think the level of anger and outrage and demands for an investigation are beyond what they expected; the question now is what happens when such an investigation never occurs.

I was asked what image really stands out for me from the scene of today's killing of an observer by federal agents. It's this one, where border patrol Commander Greg Bovino appears to be staging a photo op less than an hour after and just a few dozen feet from where a federal agent killed a woman.

Past a certain point you have to accept that *you are in a fight* and no we don't always get to pick when we're in fights and that sucks, but guess what, if you don't fight back the thug attacking you doesn't feel bad, you just get beaten.
