An LA sheriff's deputy was caught on camera *choking a handcuffed inmate* because he got mad that the inmate was eating a burrito and refused to stop eating and put it in his pocket (???)

According to a 1421 file posted on the LASD site this week, the deputy got a 30 day suspension.

Today - 18 months after the Cal AG criminally charged a prosecutor for sharing disciplinary info abt sheriff's deputies that it turned out was already in public court records - an LA Superior Court judge dismissed the remaining charges against Diana Teran.
