The lesson Frey and Walz were supposed to learn in 2020 was that sending riot police to a peaceful protest creates a confrontation that results in some dipshit cops shooting people in the eye with a gas canister which then we have to goddamn pay for in settlements while also our city burns.

ICYMI: Minneapolis Public Schools will offer a virtual option for students until February 12th, starting next week. Educators, staff, and administration will begin to work to stand up this option for students tomorrow.

Yesterday an ICE agent named Jonathan Ross shot and killed Renee Nicole Good. Renee was a wife, a mother, and a resident of south Minneapolis. Anyone who kills someone in our city deserves to be arrested, investigated, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including Jonathan Ross.

Minneapolis: protests at the scene of the murder are stupid. Have we learned nothing? why inflict hell upon that neighborhood? your noise and your traffic and the police and helicopters that follow are so triggering. Go protest in the neighborhoods that voted for this. Let them taste tear gas.
