I played an early build of this, and listen... my bias is abundant. AP was a former student. The co-first guest of Post Games. And a great person.

So with all that out of the way:
Titanium Court would have been in my end-of-year list last year. It will be this year. It's unbelievable.
Titanium Court is a play, a match three and strategy game, a dream and a nightmare, and deeply compelling
I don't know what's happening and I like it.

Well. This is new.

A game maker pitched me their studio's game via email. I replied that it sounded interesting and wanted some more info, along with a release date. They then sent an AI-generated auto-reply that I had to read three times because it had no relation to what I'd asked.

Something I've been thinking about since this interview:

Yes, art is inherently political -- even if its creator doesn't like or claim or politics. But art is also autobiographical. And those autobiographical veins are worth mining.

i never thought we'd get a second Paranormasight. but the new one trades some outright horror for better mysteries, tighter story, and a gorgeous locale.

The Mermaid's Curse is a fantastic adventure game. really enjoyed my time with it.

I asked Mewgenics' creator, Edmund McMillen, about all the touchy topics bubbling up in the game's discourse.

Why that title?
How has he changed since his early days of making provocative browser games like Dead Baby Dressup?
Why does he use real birth defects and disorders in his games?

No offense but y'all sure are being odd about the creator of Abused Naked Child Roguelike being ~provocative~!!!

I've mentioned it many times and it surprises a few new folks each time round:

Slay The Princess was a small side-project for Black Tabby. It has a total word-count equivalent to one chapter of Scarlet Hollow, which is ALSO huge on reactivity and branching.

Warm up with STP, then dive into this.
