Trump was a phony and an idiot to me as a child in the 90's.

Trump supporters aren't interested in politics; it's way over their heads.

They lack what we learn in the arts and the humanities—perspective, or "wisdom"

I’ll never forget hearing Donald Trump’s racist “shithole countries” comment in a 2018 Oval Office meeting about immigration.

Tom Cotton and David Perdue claimed Trump didn’t say it and accused me of lying.

The truth comes out.
TRUMP: “I said why is it we only take people from shithole countries? Why can't we have some people from Norway, Sweden, Denmark… But we always take people from Somalia— places that are filthy, dirty, disgusting.”

Such a mystery what he means when he says this stuff, isn’t it?

Trump’s top priorities have included:

-Paving over the Rose Garden
-Putting gold leaf all over the Oval Office
-Demolishing the East Wing for a ballroom
-Building a giant Arch & naming it after himself

Notable exclusions: lowering the cost of housing, health care, or groceries.

So they *are* able to stop a ship in international waters and seize control of it without killing everyone on board?

Huh.
Trump: "It's been an interesting day from the standpoint of news. As you probably know, we've just seized a tanker on the coast of Venezuela. Largest one ever seized actually. And other things are happening."

If you ever claimed you want immigrants to do it the right way, this should outrage you. On the other hand, If you think this was okay, you need to come to terms with your white nationalist views.

Definitely no utility in being able to parse text, think critically, or think creatively.

Now to take a big sip of coffee and check the news to make sure our world has no problems with media literacy, lying politicians, lying corporations, scammers, AI slop, etc.
If you are providing me with an education that is low utility in the world then it’s a disservice. My composition class spent four weeks on poetry. I’m sorry, but that only would’ve been useful if I wanted to be a poet. I don’t need to know iambic pentameter in order to be a victim advocate.

They released video of the first strike. What national security justification could there be for releasing video of the first part of the action but not the second? They wanted to cover up what happened after the first strike.
