100%. Researcher ethics and institutional ties need to be absolutely clear when it comes to sensitive personal data.
It's not right that people who merely have a medical degree and an opinion should have arbitrary access to personal medical data of trans patients without having to show to those patients that they are conducting research in good faith.

my girlfriend really gets me and I love her and appreciate her very very much 🥰
...and I also knew that asking for an extension would be a psychological blow for her. We aren't the types of girl who accept any excuses for ourselves. It doesn't matter that we're talking about psychosis, she would have blamed/punished herself for missing the deadline.

I can say with confidence, having not even watched the BBC, that no trans person has been on this week. There are two reasons I can do this:
1. The BBC never has any trans people on to discuss trans people or our rights or anything.

Honestly I think if most cis people were aware of how cruel, manipulative, and violent they actually are with us, without us playing down the impact on our lives out of habit/sheer survival instinct, they'd probably just lose a week to non-stop crying and apologizing. Maybe even more.

Yes, "pregnant people" is inclusive language that describes pregnant cis women AS WELL AS trans men and nonbinary people, a lot of whom can get pregnant. But it also describes, like, 12-year-old girls who get pregnant. Do centrist pig-dogs think THEY are "women" too? Coz...bit of a red flag, that.
