its so funny to see tim kaine fighting to FORCE THE VOTE, like the most insane leftist in 2021
Kaine on why he thinks just getting a vote on healthcare is a win: "We're the minority party, but everybody will get to see who is standing for them when it comes to lowering their healthcare costs"

Trump's pardon of allies who helped him try to subvert the 2020 election is important. It's a permission slip--no, it's an encouragement, even an order--to allies to be ready to try to subvert the elections in 2026, and 2028.

The next president, if we have one, needs to learn that the penalty for treason is death and that you can't pardon a corpse
Trump just celebrated Schumer's cave by pardoning 75+ co-conspirators including Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Sidney Powell, for their efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

the thing is that once youve caved twice in exchange for fucking nothing at all, you have zero credibility. the GOP is gonna hold the line until dems defect (which they will). shutdown politics are over.
What’s even the potential strategy here? I’ve been hearing be willing to shut it all down again come February but protected snap and military which arguably take away political pressure since that disparity led to this crisis for Trump?

Schumer probs wouldn’t be willing to do it either right!? Wtf

Haha, this from the New Yorker is getting passed around the math dork community. I did a comic about this kind of thought a few years ago: www.smbc-comics.com/comic/commut...
