OK, I'm confused. As *really awesome* as it is to see a 77W running shuttle duty MIA-SJU, AA doesn't fly directly beyond SJU. Do they just have that many stranded pax locally (in which case I'm surprised they're going to MIA and not CLT), or are they anticipating rescuing other airlines' pax?
American says it has added nearly 5,000 seats of additional Caribbean capacity to recover from yesterday's #TrumpFlightCancelations, including the use of a 777-300ER bouncing between MIA and SJU tomorrow.

One of my more controversial opinions is that the US needs to significantly raise taxes to the tune of a couple % of GDP right now, even before any expansive social democratic reforms, and that means you—yes you, dear highly educated professional—will need to pay up, not just nebulous billionaires.
