Eric Adams will be mayor of NY for less than 72 more hours now. I wonder if he will go out the way he governed; with creative hijinks.

She rose to prominence by screaming at David Hogg and lying about dead children at Parkland

The attempted rehabilitation is disgusting

Most underrated Biden admin mistake was bailing out Silicon Valley Bank.

SVB bet big on low interest rates and lost. Rich tech VCs who put too many eggs in that basket generated a bank run, then called for govt money.

Got their bailout, helped elect Trump, and now reaping rewards from corruption.
David Sacks, presumably, on the push by some in the tech and VC world to fund a primary challenge to Congressman Khanna.

I have been struggling with reading the past few months so went to the optometrist and my prescription has changed profoundly in the past two years in one eye.

New glasses arrive next week.

This is a gentle nudge for people to not put off their annual eye exam

The 37 Year War, that was a real bitch to settle
Trump: "It's funny, I settled 8 wars. Some were going on for 35 years. And we got them settled in a couple of days. Some of them -- one was going on for 37 years. I settled it in one day. But this is a very complex one."

The worst part of a long holiday weekend is being so used to not having to worry about how many "urgent" emails you are going to face Monday morning and then Sunday evening the intrusive thoughts hit. Maybe I should check it now and clear some things early. Bad thoughts. Bad.

Trump's DOJ was monitoring all the movements of the Miami Herald reporter who was covering the Epstein case.

The media's lack of curiosity about this has me extremely curious. They reddit sleuthed a Parkinson's doctor going to the Biden White House for meetings as Biden had Parkinson's.

Trump is taking multiple cognitive exams, has discolorations in his hands where IVs might be inserted, and... boring.

Sometimes people's opinions are so bad, you want them to be joking but unfortunately they aren't.
Darwin was right. If you want to commit suicide who has the right to keep you alive? That is so wrong. AI doesn't "induce" suicide. You don't ask AI id you don't want to do it. Stop that nonsense.
