A lot of folks may think that just yelling at ICE agents is ineffective, but consider the cumulative psychological toll of being yelled at EVERY DAY when trying to do shit. Even the biggest asshole in the world who doesn't give a shit about other people will feel the pressure.

My daughter got suspended for booting the school bully in the bollocks, so obviously had to "punish" her. But having gone to school with the prick's parents I'm actually really proud of her for potentially ending the bloodline.

I got the “oh are you self sufficient“ when folks found out I had an allotment. I mean it’s quite big but we can only grow enough for maybe 3 or 4 months worth of fruit and veg. You’d need a smallholding to have even a slim chance of making a go of it
On Threads, the usual suspects are telling ppl about to lose SNAP benefits to just start a garden. As a gardener, I had to laugh. You need at LEAST an acre of land to feed a family of 4. Start-up costs are enormous. But yes, subsistence farming on the balcony of your rental apartment is the answer
