How much more proof do we need that the ownership & leadership of the NYT is in alignment with Trump, deeply supportive of his goals, & is willing to run interference for him to protect him in their coverage?

Of course there was no reckoning because the media not only saw no penalty but got rewarded in the form of praise for being a bulwark against Trump atop the ratings and lucre that came with said positioning. The media has only gotten more ossified between now and then.
Even before today it was pretty clear that 2015/16 was a media failure on the level of Iraq WMD. There never has been any reckoning within media about this and all the people involved just secured their bag.
Looked up what Chozik is up to these days after her HBO Max series about the 2016 campaign thankfully flopped and you cannot fail at a certain point anymore lol
