Yeah my job is pretty cool. My uniform is a tactical vest that’s two sizes too small and a gaiter I bought in a gas station. Democratic politicians and liberal pundits bemoaning the LA protests need to understand that as *their* failure. None of this would be happening if they had offered effective resistance to mass deportation (extraordinary rendition, in truth) instead of considering undocumented people expendable.

This is the type of thing that poorly run private companies are doing on a smaller scale constantly and a great example of why “we gotta run government like a business” is a grade-A dumb guy’s idea of what a smart guy thinks
