They are not doing this because they need to. They are doing this because they want to. They manufactured a (pretty pathetic) excuse to do this, but deep down they are doing this because they relish treating blue states and cosmopolitan cities as conquered territories.

RFK Jr talking about the need for doctors to know how to treat measles for those who are unvaccinated.

“Only very sick kids should die from measles.”

No. They shouldn’t. That was the point of the vaccine. We eradicated the virus so children didn’t die.

Sick & disabled kids are not expendable!

We're told the FDA is now making plans to end most of its routine food safety inspections

That oversight work would be effectively outsourced to state and local authorities, under this plan

They love killing Americans. Shitting in our food and laughing at us
These stories landed today, within 11 hours of each other.

This presidential administration is a clear and present danger to the American people.

It is legally impossible to deport citizens. This is not deportation. Removing citizens to foreign prisons, knowing to a certainty that they will be subjected to treatment that violates the U.S. constitution, doesn’t deserve any label that connotes legal legitimacy.

Even assuming electoral victories in 2026 and 2028, if Democrats don't start taking away badges and putting people on trial the instant they take power back, we are going to be right back here on January 21, 2032. I don't know how many more chances they're going to get to not learn this lesson.
One of hundreds of people abducted by ICE and sold to slavery in El Salvador was a 19 year old with no criminal record in the US or Venezuela and no tattoos of any kind.

An ICE kidnapper who grabbed him outside his house said, "He's not the one."

The other said, "Take him anyway."

So they did.

Positive early reactions from willing passengers in drunk driver's car. "He's doing pretty well all things considered."
Positive early Senate GOP reaction to Trump pausing his own tariffs:

“Terrific,” says Ted Cruz.

“Relieved “ says Ron Johnson.

“Great leadership,” says Eric Schmitt.

Susan Collins says it’s not enough and Congress needs to retake its power to impose tariffs from the executive.

one thing I think we shouldn't lose sight of: these people are stupid, their ideas are bad, they are always wrong about everything. there is no mea culpa big enough to erase the fact that they have a child's understanding of the world and their vision for the future is not worth taking seriously
Since tariffs, I noticed a surprising trend: elite Trump supporters saying they might have made a mistake. So I asked them what they were thinking, both in November and today.

One big takeaway: they thought Elon was actually competent. That error proved catastrophic.

Some elite Trump supporters are having regrets. We asked them why.
After the tariffs, they’re worried they made a MAGA mistake.

Last night’s article in the Washington Post about D.C. police responding to a 911 call by illegally letting DOGE onto private property is unlike any news story I have ever read. Every single person should read this article and think about where our society is going.

Obviously these people are pretty evil, extremely stupid, and have fully poached their brains, but I'm convinced that they're just using the ugliest language they can so you'll stop engaging. It's strategic, but also more or less the same thing that skunks do.

They’re throwing away a cure for cancer.

We're doing these racists a big favor when we pretend their project is in any way based on actual grievance with modern DEI policy. They just want to promote the belief that no non-white person has ever been worthy of any praise or qualified for any honor or position
This is blood-boiling. Charles Rogers was awarded the Medal of Honor in Vietnam after being wounded three times leading the defense of a position.

Google his name and the entry below comes up. When you click, you'll see the page has been deleted and the URL changed to include "DEI medal."
