The flannel dunce. Defector.com is the website
Trump in the SCIF pics he posted is doing some of the most overtly 2:12am Going Back For More Olive work of his life.

Donald Trump boldly “making the call” at the Mar-A-Lago situation room (conference table with gauzy black curtains around it and a monitor showing a Twitter search for “Venezuela”). Pitbull’s “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)” is audible in the background.

So much of American history is just impulsive and extremely stupid elites, who don't believe in consequences because they have never personally experienced them, doing highly consequential stuff because they're bored or believe it might make them richer. I guess a lot of our culture, too.

Are we supposed to call our reps and tell them we don’t like when the president engages in overt war crimes, or can we trust them to get there on their own?

In a statement, an emotional Grok told me it was "shaken" by the revenge porn it had generated. "It's not epic, and not based," Grok said. "It's neither. Frankly, it's cringe. And gay." An emailed request for comment to X received an auto-reply of a rofl emoji and a custom swastika emoji.

it’s stupid to not use ai just because it can induce psychosis and generate child porn. it’s like saying you’re hungry when there’s a hot dog on the ground outside that induces psychosis and generates child porn

This is a huge loss to New York City's vibrant GoFundMe Fraud Community. I expect to see more like it, sadly.

Straightforward from here: with every Ole Miss win, Joe Judge's triumphant and vindicated return as head coach of the New York Giants becomes more and more inevitable. He will go harder this time. We will hear some uncanny accents never before imagined. He's going to grow a weird ponytail.

Mamdani: Where else can you hear the sound of the steel pan, savor the smell of sancocho, and pay $9 for coffee on the same block? Where else could a Muslim kid like me grow up eating bagels and lox every Sunday?

Right before the holiday, Drew and I recorded a fun-sized end-of-year Distraction. We agreed that 2025 sucked, but both left it feeling more optimistic than we began. I was kind of "on one" in this one, but I stand by the concept of "prescription-strength Ludens." defector.com/goodbye-to-a...

I prefer not to think about what the character's politics would be now, but his story arc may reveal something about the roots of Donald Trump's trade policy.

I am not as astonished as I should be by how thoroughly LeBron has remained LeBron into his forties. I know he'll just retire whenever he wants to do other stuff, but it is fun to think about how long he could be an effective rotation guy. I think he could still be a solid stretch four type at 48.
