Okay, so let's talk strength and conditioning - specifically the intersection of deadlift and neck training.
One side of my neck has been giving me some grief after deadlift sets.
Adjusting my gaze down from parallel to "between my reflection's feet" has helped, as has (1/x)

i think this site really needs to figure out how to grow the non-politics verticals (the baseball moment was a good thing!) because i suspect a lot of the bad clusters come out of the political clusters driving 95% of ENG-lang posts
