Today @ngraetz.bsky.social presented a CURA research brief in the MN Senate on the effects of Metro Surge on rent debt. We estimate that total excess rent debt across MN since the beginning of the surge to be between $27-$52 million (1/2)

hennepin county sheriff dawanna witt has her department out here wearing “THE OTHERS” patches, taking photos of people and covering their faces behaving like ICE agents. we desperately need someone to run against her this year, this is unacceptable

i’m not posting drugs & drugs as a whole are already something that people use. i will normalize harm reduction such as accessing sterile supplies that reduce some of the risks associated with substance use.
i also don’t refer to people who use drugs as “junkies” considering that’s dehumanizing.

It would be a lot easier for people to “shop local” if we weren't already spending a bunch of money fundraising to keep our neighbors in their homes and fed because Gov Walz refuses to do an eviction moratorium.

Insurance co. making me fill out a coordination of benefits form for my physical therapy.
They suspect my prolonged back pain is related to athletics, a slip and fall, or a car crash and covered by secondary insurance.
