Truly, no matter how this goes, I will spend the rest of my life knowing that I, like many others, knew what was coming in the early 2010s (if not how ridiculously bad) and while I did an immense amount of good work in 2017-20, it wasn't nearly enough.
i don't particularly disagree with a lot of the critiques of anarchist activism by liberals but I bristle when they act as if their best practices are any wiser. we're here because none of us figured out how to avoid being here.

Ex-Prince Andrew tried to make this same argument. Everyone who went to pedophile island was a mega-rich elite who easily could, and in most cases probably also did, independently procure victims and commit sex crimes without Epstein's help if they wanted.

You're being incredibly cavalier about this Stancil. You should listen to experienced activists and stop broadcasting shit for clout. That is what this looks like, you want clout.
It is also worth remembering that the thing we are doing is figuring out where they are and then following them in our private vehicles. They don’t need to do forensic analysis of a Times article to figure out who we are; they can just turn around

ICE's decision to just leave cars abandoned in the roads is one of those dystopian things that makes you recoil in shock when you encounter it.
A legal asylum-seeker who works at Chipotle and plays music at a church in Maine went missing. His pastor searched and searched, eventually finding his abandoned car with the keys on the floor.
