From what I have seen online so far, the universal response to Donald Trump instantly describing a potential assassination attempt on one of his political critics as staged was taken by basically everyone as another indication that at least one of the alleged attempts against *him* was staged by him

Lots of positivity about Carney's speech at Davos. This is what happens when you have serious, qualified, individuals in charge. This needs to be a general awakening. There needs to be a concerted movement away from the Poilievres, Farages, Badenochs, & pretty much 95% of USA politicians

I understand the pressures on the BBC, but Radio 4's coverage of the Minneapolis shooting is an example of "bad balance".
It's all "the Trump regime says she was a terrorist, but Democrats say it was murder".
The BBC has the footage. It doesn't have to treat truth and falsehood as equally valid.
