Sharing this great resource with an additional message for parents of trans minors. This process (depending on the state) is _easier_ when it is a parent correcting information for their minor child. Don't wait, don't make them do it themselves after they turn 18!

I STRONGLY believe in agency - every person is making the best decisions they are capable of at the time. But the world is a complex place, and it can be hard to understand causes and effects.

And SO, to bring this back to sales and politics: we have this belief we can just tell people facts and expect them to apply it in the way we think is logical. Why the HELL do we think that? Life is hard and complicated. Following this is not everyone's hobby.
