A lot of people who get health insurance through the ACA are freaking out and looking for solutions. Something coming up often in comments is health share platforms, like CrowdHealth.1/

There are so many reasons to boycott Spotify.
If Spotify or Pandora were terrestrial broadcasters, Discovery Mode and stream-share thresholds would almost certainly trigger the FCC’s payola-disclosure requirements

The $50 Handshake, Rebooted: Spotify’s Algorithmic Payola Faces Its Day in Court
Under 47 U.S.C. § 317, broadcasters must disclose who’s paying for airplay. Spotify calls itself radio—yet hides Discovery Mode discounts, stream-share thresholds, and data exploitation from the pu…

Thinking about 9 years ago when I was a token artist at WEF Davos and I went around attending high level panels on things I didn’t know about. I particularly remember the one where an academic laid out how AI would eat jobs and UBI would be necessary to avoid civil unrest.
Much like dictatorship or climate change, the threat of AI taking your job is no longer hypothetical. It's here, as shown by last week's bloodbath at UPS, Amazon, etc.
Should the government be sending us $1,000 a month? Is there any alternative to UBI? My new column www.inquirer.com/columnists/a...

Remember: If we allow ourselves to fall into fatalism, or wallow in disappointment, or become resigned to what is rather than what should be, we will lose the long game.

Every new exciting development in cancer vaccine research depresses me anew.
Not because my wife didn’t survive long enough to benefit from it, but because the administration is dismantling the systems of caring for each other as a society (which includes boomed research)

GOOD NEWS! Researchers have developed a cancer vaccine that has shown STUNNING results, PREVENTING up to 88% of MULTIPLE aggressive cancers by harnessing dual-pathway nanoparticles that train the immune system to recognize and destroy tumor cells. In some cases, it COMPLETELY prevented metastasis.
