Good reminder that the Seattle Times doesn't deserve a dime of your money.
Seattle Times' business columnist is having a normal one. (From comments on a gracious post about a potential Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson by former mayor Greg Nickels).

Khanna: And then it’s awfully convenient that those eight senators happen to be the ones who aren’t up in 2026—and they’re all consulting Schumer. People are sick of this. That’s why I called on Schumer to step down.

Our inbound flight is enroute and on time, should be no trouble getting home.

But I'd have traded a higher cancel risk for the Democrats not being spineless cowards.

White Afrikaners looking at Trump and saying “don’t associate us with this racist!”

That’s quite a legacy.

As of today, approximately 1,800 challenged ballots were outstanding in Seattle, with the mayor's race likely to be decided by hundreds of votes. Visit the link below to check that your ballot has been counted, and if not, what you need to do next.

Right, the answer isn't to abandon the party to these weasels.

The answer is to flood the party with people who will take it over and transform it.
Hey, a lot of people are talking about changing affiliation from Democratic to Independent.

Let me tell you why you shouldn’t do that in Colorado.

One of the main ways to get a primary challenge candidate on a ballot is to caucus for your party. You need to be registered as a Dem to caucus.

I’ve said this b4, but here’s a little inside baseball from a former Republican: Back in my GOP days, we Republicans would privately laugh at how Democrats would never go to the mat to win. We always knew Democrats wouldn’t fight to the death politically.

Last night proved Republicans right again.

when your vote is so toxic you have the Chair of the DNC saying this shit sucks, you really have to admire the levels of embarrassment here
As this vote moves to the House, I stand with Democratic leadership as they refuse to rubber stamp the full-scale Republican assault on Americans’ health care and I am proud of the majority of Senate Democrats who opposed this vote.

I for one am willing to put in the work and rake the leaves onto the neighbor's yard for the sake of neighborhood harmony.
People on here are always complaining about leaf blowers, but it’s by far the easiest way to blow your leaves onto your neighbors lawn.
