Some good points here. Ferguson's proposed budget doesn't address much of the federal pain coming down the pike (Medicaid, SNAP, housing) and uses the rainy day fund, which isn't an ongoing funding source. Meanwhile Ferguson supports the "millionaires" tax that won't collect $ till 2029.
