This is dangerous media consolidation that under any other even slightly sane administration would not let the FCC approve. (But let's get real: The concept of the FCC was always to control media too much. Thankfully it's so old-fashioned it still only controls TV and radio).

Why have I not seen one Seattle news outlet localize what the Jimmy Kimmel thing means on the local level? Because it means a lot.

Is this driving anyone else nuts? Recently Microsoft Word keeps over-indenting the right margin and every time I correct it, it bounces back to that when I try writing again. There's no reason "Swim the Last" shouldn't be on the top line but it keeps popping to the 2nd etc. Final straw territory 😤

Glad so many showed up to protect people's rights. Apparently 2 were detained. For the people who were released, what an awful and irrational thing to scare them with. People got texts yesterday afternoon to come from miles away to Tukwila today or risk deportation.
