I don’t want to downplay what everyone is saying about how ICE is losing a battle against Minneapolis but I should say, “46th largest city in the country” is just not a great descriptor. We’re one of the twenty biggest metro areas. American city limits are just put together in the weirdest ways

Requiring real warrants would actually be a really huge change; I think the real question is whether they demand that changes are required by law
