If cash is going away, there's efforts to create digital cashes that retain the same qualities of privacy and portability, but we're looking at a world where every person on welfare has their entire spending controlled by bureaucrats.

I'm not usually of the "He's got to go!!!" camp because whipping votes and donors is a job where the lion's share of work is done behind the scenes, and there's a lot of it to do. He's historically been pretty effective at it.

Okay so one of the things that working in Healthcare during the pandemic did to my brain was somehow immolate the ease with which I read constantly and consistently. I really miss it. I'm just starting to get it back so this trend of books that blew your mind is really helping so thanks bluesky.
