The blocked exit was only removed when an ambulance needed to the centre in recent weeks to bring one woman to hospital.

Tangential to the “getting evacuated” bit of the weekend but tenements really are better in the heat, aren’t they? Had to stay in a friend’s new build last night and I swear it was at least 5 degrees hotter, what did the Victorians know that we don’t?
