They also say nobody in Canada will ride a bike or use a bike lane in winter. Many liars.
This is the Canadian Premier League soccer finals and we have a bicycle kick goal in the middle of a blizzard … and that’s the most Canadian thing I’ve ever seen 😂

And the places for kids. In Korea, there are some children's libraries where various programs take place (Library orientated recreation centre more like, in addition to actual rec centres)
Just preaching my message of "wanting to do less more often" we all have our reasons.

Guess what, we're stuck with this Canada's Natural Governing party with its pro business policies. Just a light lip service to the fellow poor Liberals.

The old white man who should've been the president of USA.
Sanders: That is a totally meaningless gesture. You can get 100 votes here and it won't mean anything because the House is not going to take it up.

Public transit should be declared as an essential service even if it impacts labour rights.
It’s honestly embarrassing having family and friends visiting Montreal during the transit strike (no service outside of rush hour all of November).
Especially rural people used to driving who think that transit “makes you dependent on the government”.
In this case I guess it does!

2 Korean grocery stores closed down in this peninsula (JJ Mart and OCO Mart). There's no Korean grocery store in Halifax peninsula anymore.
I now shop at Heiwa Oriental Market on Chebucto, they carry K-cooking essentials, and even Kimchi and radish kimchi!

This breaks some people’s brains.
In most cities, Costco stores fuel sprawl & car dependency.
In Vancouver, our full-sized downtown Costco has residential towers above & a skytrain station next door. LOTS of customers don’t drive to it.
We live a block from it. We call it “the convenience store.”

Both the HRM council and NS MLAs couldn't have missed all those distracted drivers. Yet they choose not to do much about it. Or ignore.
That drivers are out here running stop signs and red lights while looking at the phones they’re holding in front of their faces and this isn’t treated like a crisis, but Halifax council spent the summer debating the cost of bike lanes as though that is… it’s fucking bananas.
