The psychology that twists coverage in Trump’s favor is transparent, once you accept that psychology plays a role. They want to be perceived as neutral by their peers, and they know their peers suspect them of anti-Trump bias. So they demonstrate independence by scrutinizing Dems and praising Trump.
There were at least two ceasefires under Biden! In which more than five times as many living Israeli hostages were released in exchange for 240 Palestinians! Has everyone forgotten this?
Also, ceasefires have happened under prior Presidents! The day he gets Palestine their own country he can be told he's the most special boy deserving of a shiny prize.

Wow what an ad.
I was born an underdog. 21 surgeries by the age of 12 for spina bifida. A kid wearing goodwill hand-me-downs. I knew nothing would come easy, but I never doubted my right to the American dream.

Now, I'm running for the U.S. Senate to make sure all Iowans have a shot at theirs.

Today is my annual reminder that you know someone who has had a birth outcome Republicans across the country are attempting or have succeeded in criminalizing. Six years ago today, I lost a pregnancy late in the second trimester. You might not know that you know me or a person like me, but you do!
What a GOP Abortion Bill Would Have Forced Me to Do
Just short of 23 weeks, I awoke to find I was having contractions. This was nightmare enough. A Republican bill would compound the nightmare for every woman in my position.

These are my standards:
1) You have enough friends that you have at least 5 people you can call at any time if you've had a flat tire (not a romantic partner), and they'll show up.
2) You have done enough community work that you can arrange a performance of "Hey Big Spender" within 7 days' notice.

Because Black people know that there is no such thing as “identification” or “identifying yourself”. They aren’t saying Padilla didn’t identify himself as a U.S. Senator. They are saying that there is only one acceptable identity — credential — being white and, in these times, being pro-Trump.

There are a lot of people claiming to fight "fascism" that are trying to reinvent the wheel

They're new to this and don't realize many of us have been doing it for decades

If you don't know WHY they like to call everything "Communism" then it's time to be quiet & learn

and i am sick about liberals and democrats making goo-goo eyes at bush
I'm listening to argument in Mahmoud v. Taylor, the conservative Christian attack on books with LGBTQ characters in elementary schools, and it is impossible to overstate how contemptuous Sam Alito is of the idea of treating LGBTQ people with respect. He is a rank homophobe. Nancy Mace in a robe.

What would a general strike in the US actually look like?
General strikes have been the final means to overcome tyrants around the world. What can be done to lay the groundwork for one in the US?
