What was I “known for” on Twitter? Gotta be this one:
For me it’s the time I went viral for a thread about my mom getting the Covid vaccine. It was RTd & shared thousands of times. High profile accounts followed me. NBC’s Today Show called.
Utter chaos. Image of the first tweet attached, also link to full text.

oregon normally tries to send our best to washington but in the case of lori chavez-deramer, part of the reason she went to washington is because we fired her here
BREAKING NYT:

The husband of Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer has been barred from the department's headquarters after at least two female staff members told officials that he had sexually assaulted them, according to people familiar with the decision and a police report obtained by The Times.

Portland Public Schools is under a federal civil rights investigation for moving forward on a voter-approved effort to better support the district’s historically marginalized Black students.
Portland Public Schools’ initiative to support Black students is the latest Oregon target of Trump administration
Title VI was originally developed as a mechanism to counteract long-standing inequities in U.S. schools. That’s also the goal of the targeted PPS project in North Portland.

Mensik and Sinner came to mixed zone at the same time and Jannik insisted for Mensik to go first. “You’re playing tomorrow.“ Hen then stayed after his own press time to sign for fans at 2am, taking pictures and all. You don’t only see champions in victory but more often in losses.

We can’t celebrate America by whitewashing our history. The President and my colleagues want to use the 250th anniversary of our country to rewrite history into a white supremacist narrative and pretend it’s normal.

If you’ve not stopped using Meta products (Facebook, Instagram, etc…), now is a really good time to stop.

This is viscerally horrifying.
Meta has patented AI that can run a dead person's account, continuing to post and chat on their behalf

It can message and video call by replicating a user's online behavior using their past data

A year into RFK Jr.’s disastrous run at HHS, the results are exactly what we thought: instability, dangerous misinformation, and weakened public health.

I worked with @wyden.senate.gov on a 71-page report documenting the consequences of this chaotic year.

Accountability matters.
