Oslo medical researchers recently judged to have unlawfully done research on trans patients, turn out to have been denied access to patient records without consent on ethical grounds three times for a previous research project.
Vi har avdekket at forskerne fikk avslag på fritak fra taushetsplikten og fra å innhente samtykke til forskning fra pasientene - tre ganger.
De gjennomførte forskningsprosjektet likevel.

Funny that trans people would be affronted by willy nilly being excluded from social activities overnight.

Here's our statement:
Today we disrupted the University IVs Regatta races, preventing most of the boats from competing. By putting out an inflatable boat into the water for the duration of the racing afternoon, we left rowers unable to race.

And this has now also come to college rowing, as the Boat clubs have now had the exact same experience, and yesterday voted to exclude trans people from participation.
This is an excellent piece of student journalism that clearly spells out how troublingly ignorant the University of Cambridge seems to be of some basic facts concerning the legal status of the EHRC's now-withdrawn Interim Code of Practice!

- Affecting minors
- 1700 of them
- Taking highly sensitive information from said journals
