Hey all you young MAGA men who can't find dates?

Hint. This is where all the young women are. Fealty to Trump isn't just killing your job prospects. It is killing your social life as well.
These are the exit polls from the Virginia Gubernatorial election. The majority of young men voted for Democrats but look at women! The majority of women in every age group voted for Democrats!

Remarkable investigative work by @propublica.org to dig what’s really happened in Portland & who is to blame for the violence.
Like Chicago, it shows it’s the federal agents who are out of control.

What Really Happened in Portland Before Trump Deployed the National Guard
In the two months before Trump’s decision, criminal charges were announced against only three people. On nights when physical conflict did erupt, it often came from police firing on, shoving, pepper-s...

centrists will tell you to your face that we all need to abandon identity issues, and focus on kitchen table issues instead and yet when a leftist candidate runs a generational campaign based on kitchen table issues, it's the centrists weaponizing identity politics to smear the leftist.

I cannot tell you how many tech journalists at prominent media organizations do not understand this
Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.

Just for the record, in 2020:
- Wray was the FBI director Trump handpicked to replace Comey
- Jack Smith was in the Hague prosecuting Kosovo war crimes
- Garland was an appeals court judge
- Monaco was in private practice in LA

There was no Biden administration yet, crooked or otherwise.

He crazy.

This really is it. If you live in a metro area with an inelastic housing stock you will see no benefit from low unemployment and higher wages, you'll just see higher housing prices. No progressive economic project can work until housing is fixed.
I am stubborn I still think Bidenomics was correct and it worked! People experienced lifestyle creep and depression, and/or lived in NYC where housing costs genuinely got untethered for completely separate reasons!

I’ve been really shocked how many people on here didn’t know any of this
Trump took office with a Israel-Hamas ceasefire in place, then announced a vision for Gaza as a US-owned resort, with most Palestinians living there gone. Israel restarted military ops in March and imposed famine. Thousands of dead Palestinians later, the Trump admin helped broker another ceasefire.
Opinion | Trump’s Nobel peace prize campaign is the least important part of the Gaza deal
If the ceasefire holds, the administration deserves much credit. But the fixation on Trump getting a prize distracts from things that actually matter.
