My 87 and 88 year old parents live in a suburban independent living retirement community in Oregon. People who have never biked before (or not for decades) are now buying e-trikes which are a mobility game changer for the growing number of elderly too old to safely drive.

So, for example, using Chromebooks to collect and graph data from actual real-life experiments is a good and useful thing. We use lots of screens in real science.

Despite the wish casting. This is not 100% of the blame going to the GOP. Would bringing the country to a halt during Thanksgiving have changed anything? I dunno. It would likely have rebounded against the Dems as well.
