Celsius is the scientist temperature measurement in that it’s the most conceptually coherent , Fahrenheit is the engineer temperature measurement in that it’s actually optimized to be useful for it’s main use case of communicating everyday temperatures.

I've not got far into @davidjesudason.bsky.social book on Desi Pubs . but his comment on authentic resonate (though I've definitely been guilty of being one of those people) but I've also long said there is no one authentic recipe. i bet every house cooked the same dish differently and 1/2
