Worth remembering that during Trump 1.0 a not insignificant amount of time and energy were spent denying that they deployed tear gas on protesters. In Trump 2.0, they clearly see no reason to deny it.

New piece on Fox News' repeated use of a totally misleading talking point about the supposed criminality of ICE arrestees. The number of people in ICE custody with a conviction for a violent criminal offense is about 5-7%. Fox's coverage falsely suggests the number is closer to 70%.

As I reported yesterday, at least one woman who was an ICE observer in Minneapolis, found that her TSA pre-clearance had been revoked after CBP used facial recognition software on her.
ICE agent asked why he's taking pictures of a legal observer's car, replies: "Cuz we have a nice little database and now you're considered a domestic terrorist. So have fun with that."
