We invaded Iraq 22 years ago, and no U.S. official involved was held accountable. American politicians have paid little price back home for such things - or backing blood-soaked proxies - going back decades. No reason to believe that’d stop until American voters demand otherwise.

Boulder-based BI Incorporated, a subsidiary of Geo Group, signed a contract with ICE this month to track down immigrants in immigration court proceedings (not detained cases). The contract is worth up to $121 million over the next 2 years. BI generally provides ankle monitoring services to ICE/Geo.
