Minneapolis MN.
Free Palestine. 🇵🇸
No one is illegal.
Money is fake.
Fuck borders.
Give love.
Make George Floyd Square a National Monument.
It has been 2 days since my last complete stranger hug. I believe her name was Cynthia
I feel like it’s become extremely common to not only hug a complete stranger, but tell someone you have known for a week that you love them. It’s happened to me several times. Here’s hoping we have a seismic shift away from Minnesota reservedness!

“Seen 14 hrs ago”

Aka “What happens when I ask my oldest friends I grew up with in Minneapolis who moved to the coasts and oh shit whoops these people are not radicalized they are neolibs omg”’

The recipient of this msg is an author married to a Princeton professor. She asked me how to help.

Hundreds of drunk cyclists vs 3000-5000 feral hogs
the stupor bowl is happening in minneapolis tomorrow, aka hundreds of drunk cyclists on the streets. what could go wrong with this happening at the same time as feds driving like lunatics

This guy says “the people of America are our greatest asset” for the economy. Then why are we deporting them?

Upside down and backwards across the board on every single issue in this country
Dr Oz defends his comments saying kids should work right out of high school & older Americans should put off retirement to help pay down natl debt: "If we make our people healthier, they'll want to participate in life. You shouldn't work longer bc you have to. You should work longer bc you want to."

You know, Brainerd MN has a higher crime rate than Minneapolis, but I don’t think it’s cause of immigrant restaurant workers. Pretty much everyone up there is white sooooooo
In this northern Minnesota county, the jail holds ICE detainees and sheriff's deputies recently helped detain four employees at a Mexican restaurant in downtown Brainerd.
In rare move, this northern Minnesota county is working with the feds to make arrests amid ICE surge
Deputies assisted federal agents in arresting four employees at El Potro Mexican Restaurant in Brainerd.

These are the lawyers who have been working on the FoF fraud. Who have already prosecuted 98 people. The ringleader was a white woman.

Everything is upside down and backwards with regime.
Minnesota's federal prosecutors — the ones who haven't resigned in disgust — are overwhelmed. Actual criminal cases are on the backburner. I realize putting little children in detention camps is a top Republican priority, but this is nuts.

Look at his lil sneakers!

Can we do a MNDOT sidewalk jail protest after the govt stops kidnapping our neighbors?

This shit enrages me.
Alright. You go first.

Ashley is not alone in this, there are tons of people like me doing this for people directly here in mpls! And it feels good while everything else is bad.

I’ve covered 3 families this month and my Spanish kicked over to high proficiency as a result. Karma?

Donate to Ashley or dm me! 🤍🕊️
tomorrow i would really like to challenge a few folks with larger followings than me to adopt a rent and raise it in one day.

my little group chat and my followers have paid like 70 families rents in the past four days. i believe that some of y’all could help us keep one family housed.
today's report:

our "adopt a rent" venmo campaign paid 43 families rents who were at risk of evictions, including several moms of 4+ children

this is the way to get rent paid fast. like. 1000x better than any other way.

Everyone normal learns this like when they level up, no need to take it to a billion
it’s genuinely reassuring to me that this is the most miserable and paranoid person in the entire world

Use your privilege and come to Mpls if you haven’t been yet. You used the word Dreamtime as a pejorative in some punditry you did recently, which shocked me coming from an Australian. Come make karmic amends and get up here.
I don't often wear political t-shirts, but I'm proudly sporting this one today.

I'm an immigrant.

I teach American (and international!) college students, research the U.S. economy, consult with policymakers, write books, raise my kids, pay taxes, and try to make this a better place.

And the MPD has returned to driving around Powderhorn after nearly six years’ absence. Every patrol that passes me when I’m out walking I watch to see if they’ll look at me. If they’re looking at anything. They do not and they are not.

One blond ponytail cop did glance at me briefly on 35th St
There was an abduction in front of my apartment this morning. Afterwards, a Hennepin County Sheriff car drove by. Around 10-15 of us screamed at them for help, seeking assistance with the abandoned, window-smashed car. Some ran after them. They continued driving. 😑

I think what we can learn from this is there is a thin layer of men in society that are no longer needed ... and we would all be served well by their chemical castration and subsequent demise
February 3, 2026 at 7:36 PM
I too must have imagined them all gathered in the park, and speeding down the block for weeks, nor the veritable parade of them headed out of town on 94 east when I eventually had to drive to Madison
Clearly all my friends must have imagined the out of state pickups full of strangers rolling down their streets at night because some account on here told me "outside agitators" was just a racist myth.

During the George Floyd uprising, arsonists burned things like pharmacies in my North Mpls 'hood, several miles away from GFS. a lot of big name non-MN leftists explained to me, patronizingly, that this was actually an organic part of an uprising. just dropping that here for no particular reason.
February 3, 2026 at 5:46 PM
I believe that there are 100k people in the Mpls city limits that are all in, greater metro quién sabe?
and there are more of us every day
they shot Renee Good and Alex Pretti and 1 out of every 10 Twin Cities residents volunteered to take their place

And when you want for nothing you create problems where there aren’t any just so you can stay busy solving them, and blaming and punishing others makes you feel better… the inventions inevitably twisting into evil shapes as they cannibalize their hearts
It's so funny that that man said necesity is the mother of invention and yet people really think the people who never wanted for anything...created everything...

I am extremely stressed out but thinking about my fussy ass wealthy boomer parents shopping at the Mexican market today is making me laugh a bit

And fielding friends’ kids’ questions about exactly what crema is while they’re at Costco

And living for a possible delivery of llapingachos tmrw

They just gassed my park. Flash banged, and arrested an observer. Why??

They parked illegally in front of the community center, hung out. Waited till people came out, then gassed.

Targeted enforcement my ass
February 1, 2026 at 3:33 PM
And calling the observers protesters is crazy. Walking outside of your own house to alert neighbors to the feds on your own block is not a protest. A protest is the 50k strong marches we’ve been doing.
For the billionth time, we are neighbors helping neighbors. That's it.

I know people using the terms "insurgency" and "agitators" are acting in bad faith, but everyone else needs to treat them with flat-earth levels of disdain and contempt. The analysis should be "this is 1,000% wrong, DUH."

I’m allowed one positive post right? Amongst the horrors?
This is utterly brilliant! We really need to try things like this here - might help get the message across.

Seeing accounts being mean or passive aggressive to people who want to help Mpls cause they don’t understand the best way to do it is so fucking Minnesotan.

Part of the good of this in the city is loosening people up so they quit being so exclusionary and judgmental.

It’s nice to be nice.
