Oh dang, okay I have a crazy story! So, this U.S. citizen was watching TV in his house, in his underwear (like a lot of us!) and ICE came and BROKE DOWN HIS DOOR WITHOUT A SIGNED JUDICIAL WARRANT AND DRAGGED HIM OUT THE HOUSE IN HIS UNDERS IN SUBZERO TEMPERATURES AND KEPT HIM FOR HOURS.

Wow, this is unbelievably accurate.
A lot of the Male Loneliness Epidemic can be traced back to the fact that most cis dudes don’t participate in communal logistics.
I think @sarahjeong.bsky.social said it's because they devalue women's labor and a LOT of this Scary Logistics stuff comes from people who don't understand that basically all of the civic life they enjoy is created with the help of free labor, largely by women.

We need an EVICTION MORATORIUM NOW.
Our neighbors risk being separated from their families when they go to work. They also run the risk of being displaced if they don’t.
Sadly, Mayor Frey refused to sign the resolution calling on the Governor to enact this moratorium.

The least of our troubles, obviously, but I’m gonna need the out of town press to learn how to spell and say Nicollet. As for pronunciation, probably a few of you need to hear this as well: it’s NICK-uh-lit, almost like “nickel it”. And yes it’s very wrong but that’s just how it goes. 🤷♀️
