I made some delicious homemade Chicken Tikka Masala this evening, after marinating the chicken breast cubes in a complex Tandoori yogurt sauce for 24 hours. Good thing it came out good as we'll be grazing off these leftovers for days! 😎

Just been on a business trip to Bangladesh and some of the people I work with almost lost it when the hotel for the workshop lunch did not serve dal with the tandoori chicken, rice, sautéed veggies and naan. 'This is to dry for us'.

On the West coast of the US you can frequently find Indian food "burritos" where they use naan as a wrapper and have rice and usually butter chicken or tikka masala inside and honestly they're pretty tasty.

Schade: #SUBWAY ist echt nur noch Verarsche. 285 g und 312 g sind das Veggie Delight - aber das #SubDesTages (Chicken Tandoori) sind nur 250 g. Von wegen "Angebot" - es ist einfach deutlich weniger. Ich hole mir nur noch das vegane Dingen und belege es mir dann selber. @Subway_DE

A lot of Indian dishes aren't actually that far off from Mexican food; add some ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon to a pot of chili beans and you've basically got rajma dal. Tandoori chicken with grilled peppers and onions isn't really that different from chicken fajitas. Chutney ~= salsa.
