we're only just now doing this
The first crash test dummy specifically based on a woman’s body is here.

Developers say it will deliver more detailed data automakers need to address the specific risks women face, including a greater chance of lower leg injuries or dying in a crash.
This new crash test dummy could keep women safer in car accidents
While regulators have been testing crash impacts for decades, there’s a dearth of data on women, who face a higher risk of death in auto accidents.

Government data show the Trump administration’s policies reducing the number of foreign-born workers did not help U.S.-born workers in 2025.

This needs to be said more often. They don’t “need more training.” They need to be shut down.
People might argue that ICE is not recruiting quality agents.

But I would insist that they are in fact successfully recruiting the exact sort of person needed to carry out the mission: reactionary, angry, violent people who don’t believe in democracy.

If there are *any* Democrats in Congress who will still vote to keep funding this administration when it is using that money to terrorize our cities and refusing to allow congressional representatives their clear right to observe their activities, then those reps need to be primaried into retirement
I was just denied access to the ICE processing center at the Whipple Building.

Members of Congress have a legal right and constitutional responsibility to conduct oversight where people are being detained.

The public deserves to know what is taking place in ICE facilities.

they didn’t leak it to make the shooter look innocent, but to make the victim look guilty. not guilty of a crime. guilty of having a visibly queer wife. guilty of liberalism. guilty of opposing the regime. they don’t seek to exonerate themselves, only to demonstrate who deserves to die.
In the video that the shooter took, which I believe was leaked to be exculpatory, he appears to yell “fucking bitch” after he shoots Renee Good.

“make big tech afraid” has to be just as much of a priority as “prosecute the criminals of the previous regime” for the next Dem admin

the tech fascists are way too far out over their skis and what remains of global stability will not survive that state of affairs continuing
As many have pointed out, there's no reason for big tech to change its behavior because they correctly understand that they have nothing to fear from Democrats taking power

For 248 years the streets of America didn’t feature a roving masked federal kidnapping squad that might send you a Central American death camp or just murder you themselves, but getting rid of it now is some impossible lefty fantasy that professional Democrats lamentably must struggle against.
Classic Democratic no-win. All of them voted against the OBAA, which supercharged ICE funding and hiring. But they won't say they'd "abolish ICE" so they'll get yelled at (mostly by people who'll vote for them in the midterms after threatening not to).
Top Democrats decline to say if they would rein in ICE after Minnesota shooting
