It doesn’t get clearer than this. Trump is admitting he’ll release files that target opponents while blocking anything that implicates himself or allies. That’s a direct abuse of power, and a violation of the law in broad daylight.

Shutting down FBI headquarters isn’t reform, it’s sabotage. It disrupts investigations, forces out career staff, and intimidates anyone who might hold power accountable. This is about control, not public safety.

The admin first said the ISIS strikes yesterday were coordinated with Nigeria. Now Nigerian officials say they’re not even sure who the U.S. actually targeted. Someone is lying.

U.S. researchers believe Russia is stationing new nuclear-capable hypersonic ballistic missiles in eastern Belarus. That move would extend Moscow’s strike reach deeper into Europe and sharply raise escalation risks.

It’s a cult. Pure Jim Jones territory: fear, urgency, and loyalty tests to squeeze money out of followers. And now the leader is panicking, because he’s losing his grip and reality is starting to break through.

Someone named in the Epstein files should not have any control over which names get released.

This isn’t just about immigration enforcement. Expanding surveillance while weakening data protections means the dragnet gets wider, and once the tools exist, they rarely stay limited to one group.

I get it. Many blue-collar workers work hard, come home, and watch Fox News. They support who their dad supported, not realizing it’s not the same party anymore. That’s why real facts have to reach people where they are, including the workplace.

Trump attended and praised multiple Epstein-hosted parties, and he’s been seen doing so on video. This is classic deflection, when someone tries to draw attention away from themselves by pointing the finger at others.

The US has confirmed strikes on 'ISIS-linked terrorists' in Nigeria. The country also happens to be rich in oil and natural gas, a detail that always seems to sit quietly in the background of these interventions.

Trust Wallet users are reporting crypto draining from their wallets and being sent to unknown addresses. So far, every reported case involves the Trust Wallet browser extension, making it the primary suspected source of the breach.

ICE targeted and detained a San Diego activist on Christmas Eve after he filmed their activity. He was not charged, there’s no indication he’s undocumented, but his car was impounded anyway. Filming law enforcement is legal, retaliation for it isn't.

ICE is still trying to deport Dulce Consuelo Diaz Morales, a US citizen born in Maryland, even after her lawyer provided a birth certificate and hospital records, and despite a judge explicitly blocking her removal.

RFK Jr. claims the United States remains the world’s hub for free speech. I’ve lost count of how many times the president has threatened the media over negative coverage, often getting his way. That isn’t freedom of speech, it’s an effort to silence it.

Russia is playing with fire. Incursions like this are exactly how localized provocations spiral into something much larger.

A new US military report warns China’s rapidly expanding forces could be ready to invade Taiwan in just over a year, posing a growing threat to the US and its allies.

Poland intercepts Russian plane over the Baltic Sea.

This is what appeasement looks like. US softness toward Russia is emboldening Putin, convincing him he can threaten neighbors and face no consequences.

The Russian FM is strongly urging its citizens to avoid Germany. When asked what warning signs might precede a larger war, I’ve always said citizen evacuations matter. Many senior Russian officials have children living and studying in Europe, and they’d want them out of harm’s way first.

Snopes reports the FBI spent nearly $1 million in overtime to review and redact Epstein files for release. A massive transparency request, and a reminder that withholding information takes time, money, and a lot of effort.

This is textbook Cold War brinkmanship. Strategic bombers probing NATO airspace and fighters scrambling were dangerous then, and they’re dangerous now. One misread radar blip or pilot mistake was all it took to risk nuclear war.

Trump is putting his name and face on government buildings, on money, on warships, and pushing his MAGA cult of personality on all Americans.

Only dictators do this, not democratic leaders.

The Pentagon’s new China report warns of a “massive” military buildup, but strikes a softer tone on the threat, even as Beijing remains on track to field 1,000 nuclear warheads by decade’s end. (WaPo)
