It’s not true that retiring senators have nothing to lose. The Democratic establishment should make clear there will be zero support for cushy post-retirement gigs if they vote with the Republicans.

After way too long (7 years), construction will start on these parks next year. But it's Toronto so we'd never consider something like say... blocking off Wellington to car traffic through the park to connect it into one larger park.
