I'm trying to get through my day without going insane and part of that is that I can't focus too much on the fact that Republicans have completely abandoned and sabotaged America and democracy in the interests of flexing raw power and it's just beyond maddening.

I haven't been a student for almost 25 years, but going into a therapy session with nothing to talk about triggers a feeling of not having done my homework. Which is really fucked up!
