This is why I think the combination of consolidation of media and tech companies, and the roll out of LLMs and AI is so aggressive. For about 20 years, the average users experience w/the internet was a riotous democracy that spawned a slew of social movements. They want an end to it.
More and more I think the purpose of LLM’s is to turn humanity into helpless idiots dependent on Silicon Valley’s digital snake oil

Make a list of small, cheap, easy things you can do to make yourself happy.
Then make a point of doing at least one of those things each day.
I say it builds your emotional resilience and coping power.

As with everything: make these programs universally free. If you are deeply concerned that rich people are getting access to universal government programs, then tax their incomes or assets.
A family where both parents earn 99k get 30 “free” childcare hours a week and a family where one parent is on minimum wage and one earns 100k get no “free” childcare hours at all. It’s a dumb system and I imagine most high earners game it in some way.
