Glaciar Mayo, in Parque Nacionales Los Glaciares, Argentina, terminus has been pinned on north shore of an arm of Lago Argentino for 40 years. In the last 6 months the terminus has experienced its largest change, 1 km2 of area calving into a Melange (M) & icebergs (I) - Landsat and Sentinel images.

It feels like it's been impossible to get people outside of higher ed to understand that eliminating staff/programs/majors is primarily an ideological project, whatever claims are made about finances.
