I don't know if Bluesky is more USA-skewed than Twitter was, but still almost all the sports content I'm seeing is about teams called things like the South Oakland Raccoons or Pennsylvania Fuckforce.

To be fair, Pennsylvania Fuckforce is having an incredible season.
I'm not doing blocklists. Someone shared one earlier and I checked out a couple of the people on it and they seemed okay? Then later it turned out that had been a fake blocklist meant to trick people into blocking the wrong users.

Bsky definitely seems to have reached some kind of critical mass. I’m seeing floods of posts on other socials where people are sharing usernames/starter packs/etc which was not happening prior to like two weeks ago.
As the morning wears on, the count is up to almost 14 new users per second, the highest I've seen it. Instead of running out of steam, the transition from X seems to be accelerating.
